If you purchase from our online store, you can make the purchase 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At the time of checkout, we will obtain an authorization from the credit card you provide (if you use a credit card in payment). Once credit card authorization is received, we will proceed with the shipment. If credit card authorization is not received, your checkout will be cancelled.

Return & Refund Policy

In order to provide full customer satisfaction and ensure you enjoy shopping at InnerTalk, we have a complete sales and refund policy to protect your purchase. If you found the package delivered to you is damaged, we will be happy to give you an exchange. Please send back the damaged product together with a copy of your order confirmation notice to No. 2-2, Jalan PJU 8/5E, Perdana Business Centre, Bandar Damansara Perdana, 47820 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Defective Items

If you discover what you believe is a product defect during shipping, please contact our customer services at 603-77294745 . Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's purchase. In this case, our customer service representative will arrange a product replacement, or any goods that has equivalent price.

Proof of Purchase

We will send you a confirmation of your order when your payment is confirmed. You should print out the confirmation as a proof of purchase. Also, if you have included a valid email address with your order, we will also send you a receipt when your order is shipped.

Payment Methods

Credit Card

You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet or phone). At the time your order is placed, we obtain a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships.

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Shipping Options

We provide three convenient shipping options to ship our products to all customers.

All local orders within West Malaysia are normally shipped by courier service with a shipping charge of RM 10.00 for up to 10 CDs, RM 18.00 for 11 CDs up to 20 CDs and RM 25.00 for 21 CDs up to 30 CDs . For East Malaysia the corresponding charges are RM 12.00, RM 20.00 and RM 27.00 respectively.

Product shipped via local courier post is normally delivered one to two business days after shipment.

Also we provide two convenient shipping options (courier or air parcel) to ship our products to customers outside Malaysia or Singapore . Charges will be charged separately and the purchaser would be informed on the said charges prior to delivery.


Shipping Details

The estimated shipment date of your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time. It does not include delivery time. Payment process will not begin until we receive all the necessary information and the full payment (or the full authorization in the case of credit card).

Payment process for orders placed during weekend or holiday will not begin until the next business day.

Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding public holiday.

Note: We are not liable for the product damage and loss caused in shipping.

Prices

We endeavor to offer you competitive prices on all our products. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable packaging and shipping charges. We reserve the right to change prices for our products at any time.

Product Availability

Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, we will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

We endeavor to stay at the forefront of technological advancement. For this reason, we reserve the right to discontinue products without notice.

Other Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of sale store at any time.
  • All sales are governed by Malaysia Law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
  • No InnerTalk employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
  • You're ageed to the price that shown in shopping cart.
  • All transaction will be converted into USD currency based on last month latest currency rate.
Notice : If your purchase is over USD 100, please make sure your Paypal account is Verified or Enrolled in Expended Use Program. Otherwise, you may not be able to make payment!
